Robert Adam, the great 18th -century architect whose ceilings you can see at Osterley Park and at his House in Isleworth, inspires the work of Bristol -based master ornamental plasterers Hayles and Howe.

They recently reproduced another famous Adam ceiling, the one at Kenwood House Library in London.

As well as reproductions, they are frequently called upon to embellish ceilings with medallions, cherubs or ornate cornices, as well as preserving existing ceilings.
